Oracle Utilities Client Partner TC O'Hara Joins Triniti

Today we’re welcoming a familiar face to the Triniti family. Some (cough cough) years ago TC O’Hara interviewed me fresh out of college for my first job in the field, at American Management Systems (AMS). After that we worked together at LODESTAR, and then in his 15 year span at Oracle after the acquisition, we have worked together on customer deployments many times. We think the world of TC and the colleagues and customers who have worked with him over the years do too.

We’re thrilled that TC is joining us and stepping in to the new role of Vice President, Customer Success. His strategic acumen, deep domain expertise, and legacy of strong and lasting relationships make him the perfect fit. In this new position, TC will focus on being a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers throughout the full lifecycle of our relationships. He will be there to support them from pre-sales through deployment and beyond, to anticipate opportunities that lay ahead and spot and address needs as they arise. In addition, TC will identify new opportunities for us to work with Oracle on an even wider array of strategic customer initiatives that could benefit from the kind of deep domain expertise for which we’re known.

TC understands what it means to put values and a commitment to communities first, and it’s one of the reasons he’s such a great fit at Triniti. For more than eight years and while working at Oracle, he has served as a volunteer reserve police corps captain in his community, filling in any time there’s a need for auxiliary police support for things like DUI stops, parades, outreach to schools, and public safety initiatives. We can’t wait to welcome him, his wife Cindy, their two daughters Devon and Caelan, and their goldendoodle Guinness in person at our next in-person all hands.
